Since plans vary, it is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage in advance. We strongly encourage patients to familiarize themselves with their benefits, including copays, deductibles, co-insurance, and any services not covered by their plan.
For all other patients, payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. Dr. Read is considered an out of network provider. If your insurance company covers the services you received, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of your appointment. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage.
Dynamic Natural Medicine in Snohomish, WA accepts Amerigroup/Wellpoint, First Choice Health, Lifewise, Moda, Molina, Premera, Regence, and Washington Apple Health. Yes, Washington state mandates coverage for naturopathic medicine under many insurance plans. This means many commercially insured patients can receive naturopathic care with standard copays. Dynamic Natural Medicine can help verify your specific plan's coverage before your first appointment.
If your insurance plan is not in our network, Dr. Read can still see you as an out-of-network provider. You would pay at the time of service, and our office provides the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your insurance for possible potential reimbursement. We also offer a 20% time-of-service discount when full payment is made at your visit.
